NOTE: At the general meeting in 2004, a motion was passed by the quoram
of the membership at the meeting for PCA to advertise on dog sites and
dog magazines. It can only be assumed that the membership agreed enough
to vote in favor of this motion, that is must also be acceptable to place
puppies that we are not able to keep above the ones we will be showing,
on our personal web pages. As long as considerable screening is done in
the placement of these puppies
